Changes to Land Use and Zoning to Accommodate Redevelopment of the Former St. Al’s Site (Main Avenue)

There are two public hearings scheduled for Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Kaukauna Municipal Services Building related to Tax Increment District #10 on the former St. Aloysius School site, located at approximately 2401 Main Avenue, Kaukauna.
The City of Kaukauna Plan Commission made the following recommendations on July 19, 2018:
- That the City of Kaukauna Comprehensive Plan be amended to change the future land use map. The future land use map would be amended to change the designation of parcels of land located at approximately 2401 Main Avenue from public use to single-family residential use and multi-family residential use. - That the zoning designation of parcels of land located at approximately 2401 Main Avenue be rezoned from institutional to residential single-family and residential two-family. Click here for details.
Persons wishing to comment on the matter are encouraged to attend the public hearing on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
