The mission of the Kaukauna Police Department is to enhance the quality of life in the City of Kaukauna by working with the public to enforce the law and provide for a safe environment. The Kaukauna Police Department will strive to provide quality police services and promote a “partnership for a safer community” through police and citizen interaction, with emphasis on education, respect, fairness and integrity.

Welcome from the Office of the Chief of Police

Hello, my name is Jamie Graff and I am the Police Chief for the City of Kaukauna.  Since 1896, the Kaukauna Police Department has had eleven Chiefs of Police.  I am very honored and proud to be the 12th Chief of the Kaukauna Police Department.  On a daily basis our professional police officers and staff at the Kaukauna Police Department work very hard to protect and serve our citizens so they can enjoy the wonderful amenities our City has to offer.

The Kaukauna Police Department has a vested interest in making the Kaukauna community a better place. This is the “enhancing the quality of life” component of our mission statement.  It is a great privilege for our police officers and staff to come to work every day to enhance the quality of life in our community. Our spirit is strengthened each time we are able to help fellow community members. These are the things that push us forward to do good work even though we are often caught in difficult situations.

As you drive through the City of Kaukauna, visit one of our parks or hike on one of our beautiful trails, please understand that our dedicated and professional police officers work very hard to keep you and your family safe.  With the collaborative effort between our community and our police department, we will keep Kaukauna a safe place to live.
