- Review, recommendation and receipt of public comments on a petition to rezone property addressed as 2401 Main Avenue (former St. Al’s Church property) from IT – Institutional to RMF – Residential Multi Family to accommodate the construction of 40 apartment units – 20 new construction and 20 located in the existing school building, submitted by Commonwealth Companies.
New Business.
- Review and discussion on proposed changes to the CCD – Commercial Core District zoning classification regarding language on landscape buffers.
- Review and recommendation on a petition to rezone property addressed as 301 East 20th Street from CHD – Commercial Highway District to RTF – Residential Two Family to accommodate the construction of a single family home, submitted by Dick Salm.
