Disposal Site Card Renewal – Online Steps
Online renewal is available to City of Kaukauna residents who have previously purchased a Disposal Site card. New card purchases must be done at the SPaR office during business hours.
To renew your Disposal Site Card online, please follow these steps:
- Click Here to go to the Disposal Site Renewal page.
- Select the black shopping basket icon to add to your cart.
3. When prompted, login to your Recreation Department account or click “Forgot Password?” and follow the prompts to receive a password. If you can’t remember your username, reach out to the Street Department at 920.766.6337.
4. Select “Checkout” in the upper right corner of your desktop screen. (If using mobile, select the three lines in the upper left and then select “Checkout.”)
5. Patrons must enter the 5-digit number located on the front of the existing card to complete transaction.
a. Card style #1 – XXX XXXXX XXXXXX
b. Card style #2 – XXXXX XXXXXXXXXXX X
6. Expiration date will be 365 days from the original expiration date. Cards renewed after the original expiration date will be active 365 days from date of renewal.
***Please Note – Card activation for online renewal purchases may take up to two weeks from date of purchase. If the card has not reached its original expiration date yet, it is still active.
