NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION FOR 222 LAWE STREET
The City of Kaukauna has received a special exception application from Jim Walter of Harvest Development, LLC to allow for a special exception use for a hotel to be constructed at 222 Lawe Street.
Per Section 17.32(13)(c)of the Municipal Zoning Code, a public hearing will be held before the City of Kaukauna Plan Commission on Thursday, June 3, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. at the City of Kaukauna Municipal Services Building at 144 W. 2nd Street, Kaukauna. Persons wishing to submit comments with regard to the special exception use are encouraged to join the meeting with meeting access information posted on the meeting agenda in accordance with Open Meetings law. Persons unable to attend the public hearing but who wish to comment may do so by contacting the City of Kaukauna Planning Department by mail at P.O.
