- Distribution and explanation of 2021 Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Forms.
- Establish loan interest rates and confirmation downtown area boundaries for 2021.
- Review loan submitted by Sebastian Schmidt (Modix, Inc.).
- Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the loan request for Modix, Inc.
- Return to Open Session for possible action.
