1. Discussion on final concept plan for the Nickels Farm development with direction on proceeding with the preliminary plat.

1. Review and recommendation on two-lot Certified Survey Map for property adjoining East 18^th Street, submitted by Debbie Griesbach.
2. Review and recommendation on three-lot Certified Survey Map for property adjoining Ridge Court, submitted by Gordon Williamson.
