1. Presentation of 2020 Redevelopment Authority Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Forms.
2. Update on RACK-owned property addressed as 147 East Second Street (former Quencher’s).
3. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss disposition of property addressed as 147 East Second Street.
4. Return to Open Session for Possible Action.

New Business.

1. Set 2020 Interest Rates for Revolving Loan Fund Program.
2. Review loan request submitted by Dong Sheng Chen of New China Wok for property located at 1810 Crooks Avenue.
3. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the loan request for New China Wok.
4. Return to Open Session for Possible Action.
5. Presentation of area map boundaries for low-interest rate lending though the Redevelopment Authority.
