City Revaluation Update

Please see below for information for the City Revaluation project regarding cancellations and other updates regarding the COVID-19 virus.

Updates as of 06/01/20:

The fieldwork for the citywide revaluation will resume the week of June 1.  Staff from Bowmar Appraisal will be continuing where they left off in Ward 3.  The appraiser will be practicing social distancing from any property owners who might be outside when they come onto their property.  Staff has no need to enter homes with this revaluation.  If you have any questions, please give us a call – 920-766-6300.

Bowmar Appraisal, the contractor working on the City of Kaukauna revaluation project, will halt their visits immediately until further notice.
