3. Review and recommendation on petition to rezone three lots addressed as 3005, 3051, and 3055 Crooks Avenue from RSF – Residential Single Family to RTF – Residential Two Family.
4. Review concept plan for the extension of Wildenberg Heights to include property at Rosehill Road and US Highway 41.
5. Approval of Eagle Scout project to refurbish the water wheel across from Grignon Park near Lock No. 4.
