1000 Islands Boardwalk Project Update – Week of Oct. 28 – Nov. 1

Radtke will be mobilizing supplies and equipment to the site next week. Once all needed materials are on site, they will begin reconstructing the trail sections located in Phase 1. They will begin by removing old trail sections, then removing any trees/brush that are in the way of the new trail layout.

Phase 1 of the 1000 Islands Boardwalk project will be completed mid-January; contractors will work from east to west. To learn more about this project, please read the press release here.
