City of Kaukauna celebrates 35th Annual Electric City Christmas Parade

Posted on Dec 3, 2024 by

KAUKAUNA, Wis. – The City of Kaukauna Recreation Department is proud to present this year’s Electric City Christmas Parade. Scheduled for Tuesday, December 3 from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM, this year’s parade theme is “North Pole” as submitted by Eleanor Georgel.

The parade will begin at the intersection of Wisconsin Ave. and Depot St. and will feature area schools, businesses and organizations, along with an appearance from Mr. and Mrs. Santa Claus.

The parade will travel southeast on Wisconsin Ave., turn right to travel south down Highway 55/Crooks Ave., then turn right again onto Second St. The last stretch of the parade (Second St. from Highway 55 to Reaume Ave.) will be a quiet, sensory-sensitive area for attendees who want to avoid the sounds of sirens, horns and bands.

Following the parade, visitors can stop by the Community Room in the Streets, Parks and Recreation (SPaR) building at 207 Reaume Ave. for cookies, hot chocolate, and a chance to meet Santa in person.

Check the Kaukauna Recreation Department Facebook page and the city’s website for parade updates. A route map can be found on the City’s website at: http://bit.ly/3Oo3if1.
