Upcoming Herbicide Treatments – please note the below:
For extra precaution for the animals, the Kaukauna Dog Park will be closed on Tuesday, August 1st while herbicide treatment takes place. The herbicide is safe after it dries. Park will reopen on Wednesday, August 2nd.
Herbicide treatment will also take place along the Konkapot Trail tomorrow, August 1st. Zielies Tree Service will be performing vegetation management for the American Transmission Company’s power lines. The herbicide treatment should only take two days to complete. This is a spot treatment to woody vegetation to prevent growth under the transmission lines and is typically dry in 30 minutes. The Konkapot Trail will remain open during this process, but please be sure to keep your pets on a leash.
