Notice of Intent to Circulate Petition – Annexation

This notice is hereby given to inform you that a petition for direct annexation by one-half approval to the City of Kaukauna is to be circulated in the area described on the attached publication. Said publication was published in the official city newspaper on July 12^th, 2023.

The circulation of the petition will commence not less than ten (10) days from the publication date, and finish 20 days from the publication date.

A copy of the scale map of the proposed annexation property may be inspected in the office of the City Clerk for the City of Kaukauna, 144 W 2^nd Street, Kaukauna, Wisconsin 54130 AND the office of the Town Clerk for the Town of Vandenbroek, W2030 County Rd JJ, Kaukauna, WI 54130.
