Legacy Creekside Apartment Coming to Kaukauna
Construction has begun on a new apartment complex in Commerce Crossing near Interstate 41 and Hwy 55 in Kaukauna.
Legacy Creekside is a 175-unit apartment complex, consisting of five buildings spanning over 11 acres of land. Buildings are three-story, with central, upper-floor units having a fourth-floor mezzanine space. Ample parking will also be available on-site, including stalls and detached garage space. Units will be market rate.
“Numerous housing studies have shown a strong need for all types of housing in the Kaukauna area,” said Joe Stephenson, City of Kaukauna Director of Planning & Community Development. “As we experience record low rental vacancy rates, Kaukauna needs to continue to be a leader and provide quality housing for its citizens.”
The complex has been named after the winding creek that runs through the property – Legacy Creekside. Developers hope this will be an amenity and provide great natural views for tenants.
The site also has a property management office on-site.
This project is a phased development with an anticipated full completion date of December 31st, 2025. The five buildings will be completed and occupied at different times throughout the project.
