Spring Clean-Up #2 – May 16 – 19

Next week, May 16 – 19, is Spring Clean-Up #2. Please keep in mind the following:

• Leaves, garden debris, small sticks and twigs must be placed in paper biodegradable bags or barrels that we can dump (regular 32 or 35 gallon garbage can).
• Plastic bags, grocery bags, and cardboard boxes containing yard waste will NOT be collected.
• Do not place biodegradable bags out until the morning of your collection day. If it rains, the bags become saturated and difficult to handle.
• Loose debris and leaves will NOT be collected.
• Do not rake leaves to the curb or gutter; it is against City ordinance and they will plug the sewer.
