NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that offers to purchase for residential lots in Inside the Park Place Subdivision will be accepted between the following dates: 12:01 AM on September 20, 2021 to 11:59 PM on October 15, 2021. More information is available at www.cityofkaukauna.com/insidetheparkplace.
How to submit an offer to purchase: A WB-13 Vacant Land Offer to Purchase must be submitted to the City of Kaukauna by mail or electronically between the dates listed above. A blank WB-13 form is available on the City of Kaukauna website.
Where to submit an offer to purchase: By mail, submit to City of Kaukauna, Attn: Planning, 144 W. 2nd Street, Kaukauna, WI 54130. By email, submit to [email protected]. In-person drop off available at City of Kaukauna, 144 W. 2nd Street, during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, except holidays).
Information required in offer: Name of builder and proposed SF of home on Lines 306-308. Anticipated construction start date on Lines 525-534. Closing date not before February 1, 2021. Note: if utilities are installed earlier than April 30, 2021, staff may move the closing date up at buyer’s request.
Opening bid prices are suggested minimums. Offers are considered in an auction format with competitive bids being given more weight.
Deadlines and acceptance dates: Offers to purchase will be accepted starting September 20, 2021 through 11:59 PM on October 15, 2021. Offer acceptances will be sent out on or before November 5, 2021.
Deposit / earnest money: Deposit is required for offers to purchase to be considered. Only offers with an accompanying earnest money deposit of $5,000 per lot will be considered. This deposit will be returned if the offer is not accepted.
Right to reject all offers: The City of Kaukauna reserves the right to reject any offers to purchase that do not meet our minimum requirements.
Additional lot information: 17 residential single-family lots will be made available in Phase 1 of sales. A vacant land disclosure report for each lot and a map of Inside the Park Place Subdivision is available on the City of Kaukauna website.
