    • Resolution 2021-5286 Adopting Final Plat of Inside the Park Place Subdivision and Requiring Sewer Therein.
    • Resolution 2021-5287 Authorizing Execution of the Department of Natural Resources Principal Forgiven Financial Assistance Agreement.
    • Resolution 2021-5288 Final Resolution Authorizing Public Improvements to Asphalt Streets abutting properties along Thilmany Road, Augustine Street, and Plank Road.

  9. Adjourn to Closed Session Pursuant to 19.85(1)(e) to discuss sale and development of municipal property in Commerce Crossing Business Park.

  11. Adjourn to Closed Session Pursuant to 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of negotiating the terms of sale of public properties located at 222 Lawe Street and 140 E. Wisconsin Avenue.
  12. Return to Open Session for possible action.
  13. *Adjourn to Closed Session Pursuant to 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of negotiating the terms of sale of public properties located in NEW Prosperity Center (Lot 13 and Lot 2 of CSM 6242).
