   • Ordinance 1823 Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property at 111 Main Avenue.
9. Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the sale of municipally owned property.
10. Return to Open Session for possible action.
11. Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
