- Review and recommendation of request to rezone 500 Hendricks Avenue from CCD – Commercial Core District to RTF – Residential Two Family, submitted by Jeremy Mattson.
- Review and recommendation on 2-lot Certified Survey Map of property located at 111 Main Avenue, submitted by City of Kaukauna.
- Review and recommendation of Transportation Plat for Island Street Bridge project.**
- Memorandum setting Plan Commission meeting dates for 2021.
- Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss development of property located at 120 E. Wisconsin Avenue.
- Return to Open Session for possible action.
