6. Reports of standing and special committees.
   • Board of Appeals Meeting Minutes of October 7, 2020.
   • KATODA Meeting Minutes of September 16, 2020.
   • Operators (Bartender) Licenses.

7. Reports of City officers.
   • Veterans Memorial Lift Bridge- State/Municipal Agreement Amendment No. 1.
   • Island Street Bridge over the Tail Race – 2nd Revision to State/Municipal Agreement.

8. Presentation of ordinances and resolutions.
   • Resolution 2020-5244 Resolution authorizing the filing of an application for financial assistance from the State of Wisconsin Environmental Improvement Fund.
   • Ordinance 1816-2020 Ordinance Authorizing Placement of Traffic Regulation Signs on Dodge Street and Island Street
   • Ordinance 1817-2020 Ordinance Repealing and Recreating Parking Ordinance on Doty Street.
9. Adjourn to Closed Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the sale of municipal owned property.

10. Return to Open Session for possible action.
11. Consideration of Miscellaneous Business.
12. Adjourn.
