Industrial Park Commission Meeting Minutes – August 26, 2020

INDUSTRIAL PARK COMMISSION

A meeting of the Industrial Park Commission was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, by Chairman Feldt.  This meeting was held remotely via teleconference.

Members Present: Feldt, Gaffney, Jerome, Reith, Schilling, Vandeberg.

Also Present:  Planning Director Jakel, Mayor Penterman, IT Director Don Krause, Director of Public Works Sundelius, Project Engineer Neumeier.

Absent and Excused:  Grissman, Knutson, Nytes.

1. Minutes. A motion to approve the minutes of the August 6, 2020, meeting was made by Schilling, seconded by Gaffney. Upon roll call, all members voted aye.  Motion carried.

2. Adjourn to Executive Session – Option to Purchase Lots 12 and 13 in NEWPC. A motion to adjourn to Executive Session at 9:05 a.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) was made by Schilling, seconded by Jerome. Upon roll call, all members voted aye. Motion carried.

3. Open Session – Option to Purchase Lots 12 and 13 in NEWPC. A motion to return to Open Session at 9:35 a.m. was made by Schilling, seconded by Vandeberg.  Upon roll call, all members voted aye.  Motion carried.  A motion to recommend to the Council approval of the offer to purchase Lots 12 and 13 of the NEW Prosperity Center submitted by J. Ross Associates as presented was made by Schilling, seconded by Vandeberg.  Upon roll call, all members voted aye.  Motion carried.

There being no further business to be brought before the Commission, a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:40 a.m. was made by Schilling, seconded by Gaffney.  All members voted aye.  Motion carried.
