Industrial Park Commission Meeting Minutes – August 6, 2020
INDUSTRIAL PARK COMMISSION
A meeting of the Industrial Park Commission was called to order at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2020, by Chairman Feldt. This meeting was held remotely via teleconference.
Members Present: Feldt, Gaffney, Grissman, Jerome, Reith, Schilling.
Also Present: Planning Director Jakel, Principal Planner Brunette, Mayor Penterman, IT Director Don Krause, Assistant Fire Chief Schneider.
Absent and Excused: Knutson, Nytes, Vandeberg.
Chairman Feldt explained that due to a technical issue, a quorum of the Commission was not present at the return to Open Session at the last meeting so any discussion or action taken after the Executive Session was not be valid.
- Minutes. A motion to approve the minutes of the July 22, 2020, meeting was made by Schilling, seconded by Grissman. Upon roll call, all members voted aye. Motion carried.
- Adjourn to Executive Session – Option to Purchase Lot 5 in NEWPC. A motion to adjourn to executive session at 9:03 a.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) was made by Schilling, seconded by Grissman. Upon roll call, all members voted aye. Motion carried.
- Open Session – Option to Purchase Lot 5 in NEWPC. A motion to return to Open Session at 9:20 a.m. was made by Schilling, seconded by Gaffney. Upon roll call, all members voted aye. Motion carried.
There being no further business to be brought before the Commission, a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:23 a.m. was made by Schilling, seconded by Gaffney. All members voted aye. Motion carried.
