Spring Clean-Up

Next week is the first week of spring clean-up. Weather is looking decent this weekend, so grab those rakes and enjoy some fresh air! City crews will pick up yard waste and leaves, but it must be placed on the curb in paper biodegradable bags or barrels that we can dump (regular 32 or 35 gallon garbage can). Plastic bags, grocery bags, and cardboard boxes containing yard waste will not be collected.

Please do not rake leaves to the curb or gutter; they will plug the sewer. And keep in mind, the second spring cleanup week is scheduled for May 18th – 21st. Let us know if you have any questions. Happy spring ‘yard’ cleaning!
