Approval of Minutes of December 5, 2019, meeting.

Old Business.

1. Update on municipal branding initiative project with Guide Studio.

New Business.

1. Review and recommendation on three-lot Certified Survey Map for property adjoining White Wolf Lane, as part of the Blue Stem Meadows development, submitted by JBL Real Estate Investments, LLC.
2. Review and recommendation on petition of annex approximately 35.037 acres of municipally-owned property (Rapide Croche Hydro Plant) from the Town of Buchanan, submitted by Kaukauna Utilities.
3. Review and discussion of intent to annex the former 40 +/- acre Nickel’s Farm property from the Town of Buchanan, submitted by the City of Kaukauna.
