Revaluation Update

As many of you are aware, the City has contracted with Bowmar Appraisal to complete a city-wide revaluation of all residential and commercial properties. Our contractor has started their work in Ward 3 as of last week (south of the river all the way to the west boundary of the city and moving east to Crooks Ave. and all the way to the south of the city limits near County Road KK).
