New Property Information Tool

The City of Kaukauna has migrated our property information software to a web version. With the web version, residents can view their county tax data and assessment data in one spot (property’s value, size, dates of when building permits were issued, etc.). You have the ability to search via address or clicking on any parcel on the GIS map. This tool can be found under Resources –> Property Information on our website. Click here to go directly to the property information tool.

To use the tool, follow these steps:

1. Search by address or parcel – Enter specific address if using this feature. If address not found, click ‘search more’. If searching by parcel, scan the map and click on the parcel you want info on.
2. The address or parcel you searched will be highlighted on the map. On the left-hand side of the page, you will find an info panel containing basic parcel information. Here you will find two additional links – one that takes you to the county website for tax data on this property, and the second brings you to the assessor information page for this property.

a. Assessor Information page – This page gives you basic information on the property you searched; address, size, year built, assessment year, etc. If you want more information on the property, you can download the full report.
