Haecker, Southwestern Advantage, 2451 Atrium Way, TN for the sale of educational
products.

3. Request for allowance of amplified music to Marty DeCoster/Plan B DeCoster LLC. on
July 13, 2019 from 2:00 to 10:00 pm at 1000 Islands Park/Pavilion.

4. Combination Class B Beer and Liquor License to The Mariner, Silva Blanca, Agent, Silva-
Castro LLC, 1100 Hyland Ave., Kaukauna.

5. General Matters.

THIS MEETING FACILITY IS BARRIER FREE.

IF REQUESTED THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR TO THE MEETING, A SIGN
LANGUAGE INTERPRETER WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AT NO CHARGE.

NOTICE
