Public Hearing – Vacating a Portion of Arbor Way

The Common Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at the Kaukauna Municipal Services Building, 144 W. Second Street, Kaukauna, Wisconsin, concerning a Resolution vacating a portion of Arbor Way, located in the City of Kaukauna, Outagamie County, Wisconsin.

VACATION OF 1246.85 FEET OF ARBOR WAY IN THE CITY OF KAUKAUNA, OUTAGAMIE COUNTY. BEGINNING 437.15 FEET WESTERLY ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF ARBOR WAY FROM OF THE INTERSECTION OF SAID CENTERLINE OF SAID ARBOR WAY WITH THE EASTERLY PROPERTY LINE OF CSM 5680, CONTINUING WESTERLY 1246.85 FEET ALONG THE CENTERLINE TO A POINT 1684.00’ WESTERLY OF SAID PROPERTY LINE. TOTAL AREA OF 2.0 ACRES (87,280 SQ FT.)

The purpose of the Public Hearing is to accept public comments on the proposed vacation of public right-of-way. A copy of a scale map and legal description showing the proposed vacation of a portion of Arbor Way is available for inspection during regular business hours at the Municipal Services Building or at the City’s website www.cityofkaukauna.com. Interested parties may make arrangements with the City of Kaukauna Principal Planner to obtain a copy of the map and legal description of the proposed vacation at (920) 766-6315 or [email protected]. Written comments can be submitted to the Principal Planner prior to the meeting and shall become part of the record.
