Public Hearing – Amending Zoning on Lots Fronting Plank Road and Green Bay Road from Lawe Street to Myron Street

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Services Building, 144 West Second Street, to consider changes to the RTF – Residential Two Family zoning regulations:

17.84(4)(1.a. (EXISTING)
b. Lots fronting Plank Road and Green Bay Road from Lawe Street to Myron Street shall have a minimum lot area of 6,900 square feet.
All other applicable bulk regulations would still apply.
