Gertrude Street and Links Court Special Assessment

Projects on both Gertrude Street and Links Court have been completed.  Engineering Staff is finishing the final measurements to calculate the total special assessments.  Final Special Assessment for each property adjacent to these two street projects will be billed by
late January 2017.

Property Owners have 30 days from the billed date to pay the assessment in full before interest begins to accrue.  If the assessment isn’t paid in full, the total assessment amount will be amortized over 10 years.  A fixed amount will be added to the tax roll each year for 10 years until the assessment is paid in full.  If you have any questions on your assessment please contact Engineering at (920)766-6305.
