1000 ISLANDS ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER COMMITTEE

6:30 P.M. – NOVEMBER 17, 2016

 

  1. Call to Order – In compliance with open meeting LAW NOTIFICATION. Public notice is hereby given, as required by law, that the 1000 Islands Environmental Committee meeting will be at the environmental center at 6:30 p.m., November 17, 2016. Matters to be taken up, discussed and acted upon at this meeting are as follows.

 

  1. Roll Call – Verification of a quorum.
  2. Reading and Approval of the Minutes
  3. Financial Report
  4. Correspondence
  5. Report from the Friends of 1000 Islands
  6. Naturalist Report
  7. Committee Reports
  1. Administrative/Finance
    1. Update on the 2017 Center Budget
    2. Review, discuss and approve Policy 3.004 – Operational Policy – Rules for Public Gathering of Fire Wood from 1000 Islands Conservancy Property.
    3. Discuss and Review Committee Assignments for 2016 – 2017
    4. Update on any Admin./Fin. Projects

       

  2. Education.
    1. Update on progress with Fox River Room Displays
    2. Update on any Education projects

       

  3. Building & Grounds
    1. Update on Sub-Committee Meeting held on 11/10/16.
    2. Review and discuss building alarm system.
    3. Update on 2016 City of Kaukauna Deer Hunt.
    4. Update on maintenance needs list sent to street department.
