1. Review and recommendation on petition to annex 28 acres adjoining Haen Drive from the Town of Vandenbroek as part of the expansion of the Wildenberg Estates subdivision, submitted by Tom Dercks.
2. Review and recommendation on three-lot Certified Survey Map for property adjoining Haen Drive and Sunset Avenue, submitted by Tom Dercks.
3. Review and recommendation on three-lot Certified Survey Map for property adjoining Blackwell Street, Walnut Street, and Desnoyer Street, submitted by Janet Gallert.
4. Adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) to discuss the disposition of property in the downtown.
5. Return to Open Session for possible action.
