Homeowners Using Heavy Equipment

Any homeowners planning a construction project within the City limits should be advised of the following City policies:

• Any contractor doing new or replacement work is required to remove and dispose of all construction debris at his expense.
• A homeowner using heavy equipment (backhoe, tractor, skid steer, etc.) is considered a contractor.  Therefore, they are responsible for debris removal.  The City will not pick up this debris.
