Liquor License Application Instructions

Calculate the total fees for your liquor license application, which appears on the first page of AB-200. The fees are as follows:

Mechanical Amusement Devices License & Outdoor Alcoholic Beverage Area Permit Applications Fees
Calculate the total fees for your mechanical amusement device licenses and outdoor alcoholic beverage area permits. The fees are as follows:

License Applications
Liquor license applications must be completed using a fillable file and will not be accepted if handwritten. However, both handwritten and digital signatures are acceptable. The municipal services building has a computer for applicants to complete and print their forms.

- LLCs, corporations, and nonprofit organizations must complete an AB-101: Appointment of Agent Find the form here.
- All current individuals listed on AB-200AA: Appendix A – List of Persons Involved in the Applicant Business must provide an AB-100: Alcohol Beverage Individual Questionnaire Find the form here. If this is a renewal application, your organization may provide a copy of AB-100s from the 2025-2026 period. Contact the clerk’s office for prior year AB-100 copies.

Picnic/Temporary Alcohol Beverage License Application
Nonprofit organizations may apply for a temporary alcohol beverage license. These licenses are separate from the annual liquor license process. All qualifying organizations must fill out one AB-220 and at least one AB-100. Nonprofits organized as corporations must fill out an AB-101.
