Hazardous Waste Material

Outagamie County residents, including all of Appleton and New London, are able to dispose of their hazardous materials safely and properly at a Household Hazardous Waste Clean Sweep. The Clean Sweeps are held at the Solid Waste facility located at 1919 Holland Road, Appleton.

The Clean Sweep program runs May – October each year.

If you are unable to attend a Clean Sweep or are in need of disposal from November – April you may take your hazardous waste directly to the Brown County Hazardous Waste Facility free of charge.
