Community Crayfish and Critter Hunt

Join our Naturalists for an exciting adventure in the Konkapot Creek catching crayfish and other aquatic critters. Wear shoes to walk in water. Bring a net and bucket if you have one. Supplies will be available to share for those who need them. Registration not required.
The crayfishing spot is located to the west of the Nature Center, just behind the press box that sits beyond the track area. From the Nature Center, head west toward the athletic field. Once you pass the track, you’ll see the press box structure—the crayfishing access is directly behind it, along the natural shoreline.
