Mission Statement

The mission of the City Clerk is to serve the public by providing information and assistance. Duties are performed as required by State Statutes, care and custody of the corporate seal and all papers and records of the City. Administer oaths and collect municipal funds.

About the City Clerk

This office is responsible for maintaining the official records of the City of Kaukauna.  The Clerk responds to official correspondence, prepares agendas and minutes for committees, commissions, and boards, attends council meetings and maintains records of proceedings.  This office maintains and updates the ordinance book, resolutions, issues and maintains records for licenses and permits, collect fees, collect taxes, and administers elections.
