City of Kaukauna releases 2025-2030 Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan

From January-April 2025 we launched a survey and hosted several public information meetings to hear community members’ thoughts and feedback on Kaukauna parks and outdoor spaces. After analyzing the data and completing in-person park analyses, the City of Kaukauna is proud to share the 2025-2030 Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan! Thank you to Director of Planning and Community Development Dave Kittel and Associate Planner Adrienne Nelson for leading this project; members of Community Enrichment and Recreation, Public Works, Human Resources, Kaukauna Public Library, Common Council, and Mayor Tony Penterman for additional feedback and guidance; and thank you to everyone who took the time to take our survey, attend our public meetings, and reach out with your feedback. Together we’ve created a roadmap to help improve our parks and open spaces so they can be enjoyed by everyone for years to come.
