This program is a transformative experience that blends ancient practices and modern awareness to cultivate resilience, calm and embodied presence. Participants will engage in gentle yet powerful movement and standing yoga poses. This program empowers each participant to reconnect with themselves and the living world. Classes will be held on the 2nd Wednesday at 6 pm and the 4th Sunday at 9 am. Classes are held indoors and/or outdoors, depending on the weather. Pre-Registration is Appreciated.
