2025 Road Construction Updates – 9-25 Linda Court & Thelen Avenue Utility Relay Update

Utility work in the roadway has been completed! There should not be much for activity next week on site. USPS was contacted a few days ago to resume mail delivery.

CONSTRUCTION:

• Carl Bowers Construction – Finished with Utility Construction in the roadway.
• Northeast Asphalt – Is tentatively scheduled to come to the job site around August 11^th to prep and place asphalt pavement on all disturbed, previously paved areas. An update will be sent out closer to that time with more details.
• Scott Lamers Construction – Still waiting on a firm schedule from Scott Lamers Construction to come to the job site to perform private sewer and/or water service replacement. An update will be sent out closer to that time with more details.
