2025 Road Construction Updates – 1-25 Concrete Street Paving Project May 19-23

CONSTRUCTION – Below is the tentative schedule up to the week of May 19^th.

  • Campfire Court cul de sac, finish concrete work – possibly Friday

• Week of May 19^th
  • Sidewalk and Driveway
    • Bear Paw Trail
    • Ash Grove Place
    • State Street
    • White Birch – east side
• Week of May 26^th
  • Sidewalk and Driveway aprons
    • Snow Goose Way
    • White Wolf Lane
    • White Dove Lane

• Parking for Phase 1 of the Paving Project
  • Weiler Road
  • Antelope Trial
  • Haas Road
  • Beckett Lane
  • White Birch Trail
  • Hennes Court

• The sidewalk and driveway apron work will start the week of May 19^th.  Please email mail if you have any concerns about sidewalk or driveway apron construction. The construction schedule may change due to weather or contracts other obligations.

NOTE:  The dirt pile left on the terrace from the grading work, will be used for filling behind the curb.  When this area is landscaped topsoil, grass seed, mulch and matting will be placed over the fill.
