There will be a full road closure of upper Thilmany Road between Island Street and the lower library parking lot on Thursday, April 10 from 7AM – 7:30AM. Sidewalk will be closed during all work. Vehicular access to the library will be from Elm Street to the lower parking lot. Please note times are approximate and subject to change.

  • The road closure is to create a safe work zone for the contractor setting a new rooftop unit.
  • Work schedule is subject to weather and other emergency delays.
  • Please see below map.
