2025 Road Construction Updates – 1-25 Concrete Street Paving Project May 5-12

CONSTRUCTION – Below is the tentative schedule up to the week of May 12th.  The contractor switched the schedule for 2 streets.  Beckett Lane will be moved to Phase 2 which starts in early July.  White Dove Lane was added to Phase 1, see schedule below.

    • Pave 2nd sides – Friday
      • Ashgrove Pl-East Side
  • Week of May 12th
    • Pave 2nd sides – Monday
      • Bear Paw Trail-South Side
      • Snow Goose Way-West side
    • Pave 2nd side – Tuesday
      • White Dove Ln- North side
      • Campfire Ct-North side
      • White Wolf Lane-South Side
  • Parking for Phase 1 of the Paving Project
    • Weiler Road
    • Antelope Trial
    • Haas Road
    • Beckett Lane
    • White Birch Trail
    • Hennes Court
  • The sidewalk and driveway apron work will start once the paving is done on Phase 1 and the paved streets are open to traffic.  The construction schedule may change due to weather or contracts other obligations.

NOTE:  The dirt pile left on the terrace from the grading work, will be used for filling behind the curb.  When this area is landscaped topsoil, grass seed, mulch and matting will be placed over the fill.

Mail Delivery – The Post Office said that they don’t deliver mail in a construction area.  The Post Office said that you can come to the Post Office to pick up your mail.  You will need to present an ID at the customer service window to verify your address.  They recommend that you pick up your mail in the afternoon.  The delivery person should have completed their route and have sorted the current mail.  The Post Office is open until 4:45 PM.

Please remember to move your mailbox before construction starts.
