2025 Road Construction Updates – 1-25 Concrete Street Paving Project June 23-27

CONSTRUCTION:
The contractor will be doing the landscape restoration along State Street the week of June 23rd.
The contractor is planning to start setting stringline this week and start the concrete street paving the week of June 23rd. Below is the paving schedule for the first lanes next week:
- Monday June 23rd paving Beckett Lane – east side
- Tuesday June 24th paving Antelope Trail – north side
- Wednesday June 25th paving Weiler Road – east side
- The second lanes will be paved the week of June 30th.
- If you have not moved your mailbox, please do so.
- For garbage pick up, please set out your garbage and recycling like usual.
- The sidewalk and driveway apron work will start once the paving is done on Antelope Trail, Weiler Road and Beckett Lane and the paved streets are open to traffic.
After the landscaping is finished, we recommend that the homeowners water the new landscaping a couple times a week. This will speed up the growth of the grass, which will prevent weeds from growing.
If the contractor did the terrace landscaping across your property, you could install your mailbox in accordance with the guidelines from the Post Office, see street locations below and the Mailbox Placement document. Below is the side of street for mailbox placement on each:
- Bear Paw – South Side of Street
- Red Fox – North Side of Street
- Antelope – North Side of Street EXCEPT for 2101, 2111, 2121 ARE SOUTH side of Street
- Haas Road – East Side of Street
- Snow Goose – West Side of Street
- Beckett – East Side of Street
- White Dove on the South side
The construction schedule may change due to weather or contracts other obligations.

You will need to present an ID at the customer service window to verify your address. They recommend that you pick up your mail in the afternoon. The delivery person should have completed their route and have sorted the current mail. The Post Office is open until 4:45 PM.
