2025 Road Construction Updates – 1-25 Concrete Street Paving Project April 28 – May 12

CONSTRUCTION – Below is the tentative schedule up to the week of May 12.  The contractor switched the schedule for 2 streets.  Beckett Lane will be moved to Phase 2 which starts in early July.  White Dove Lane was added to Phase 1, see schedule below.

• Week of April 28^th
  • Vinton will continue to grade and trim the gravel to prep for paving – Monday thru Friday
  • Pave 1st sides -Tuesday
    • Ashgrove Pl-West Side
    • Bear Paw Trail-North Side
  • Pave 1^st sides – Wednesday
    • Snow Goose Way-East side
    • White Dove Ln- South side
    • Campfire Ct-South side
    • White Wolf Lane-North Side

• Week of May 5^th
  • Pave 2^nd sides – Friday
    • Ashgrove Pl-East Side
    • Bear Paw Trail-South Side

• Week of May 12^th
  • Pave 2^nd sides – Monday
    • Snow Goose Way-West side
    • White Dove Ln- North side
    • Campfire Ct-North side
    • White Wolf Lane-South Side

• Parking for Phase 1 of the Paving Project
  • Weiler Road
  • Antelope Trial
  • Haas Road
  • Beckett Lane
  • White Birch Trail
  • Hennes Court
• The sidewalk and driveway apron work will start once the paving is done on Phase 1 and the paved streets are open to traffic.  The construction schedule may change due to weather or contracts other obligations.

Mail Delivery – The Post Office said that they don’t deliver mail in a construction area.  The Post Office said that you can come to the Post Office to pick up your mail.  You will need to present an ID at the customer service window to verify your address.  They recommend that you pick up your mail in the afternoon.  The delivery person should have completed their route and have sorted the current mail.  The Post Office is open until 4:45 PM.
