DESCRIPTION:Join along as we venture down the boardwalk and read a story at 1000 Islands Nature Center! Don’t forget to stop for an activity kit to continue the fun at home! Stories are geared towards preschool and early elementary children. This program is open to all ages. Patrons do not need to live in Kaukauna or have a library card to attend. Registration is not required.

DESCRIPTION:Join us and the Kaukauna Public Library at 1000 Islands as we celebrate the moon and the return of daylight savings time. Take a magical\, self-guided night hike along our illuminated boardwalk trail. Kids will enjoy reading Moon Child by Nadia Krilanovich along our storybook walk loop. End the night by relaxing with your loved ones by the fire and enjoying some popcorn and hot chocolate. FREE (Donations Appreciated for Refreshments) \nDue to rainy conditions\, the Last Light Hike has been moved to Monday\, March 9\, 2026\, from 6 PM – 8 PM.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of adventure! Meets in conference room ABC. An average of 13 players usually attend and there is no registration necessary. New to the game? Get started at our character creation station! Want to join a new campaign? Form a group and set out on a quest! Want to meet other players? Grab a seat at the Book End Inn\, have a snack\, and regale us with tales of your adventures! All ages grades 2 and up are welcome to join us for a family-friendly evening of adventures! New players can learn how to get started\, meet other beginners\, and form a quest group. Established players can continue campaigns with their existing groups\, or meet new players and start new adventures. We will have everything you need to get started\, as well as some snacks and drinks to keep you going.
