DESCRIPTION:This program is a transformative experience that blends ancient practices and modern awareness to cultivate resilience\, calm and embodied presence. Participants will engage in gentle yet powerful movement and standing yoga poses. This program empowers each participant to reconnect with themselves and the living world. DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of adventure! Meets in conference room ABC. An average of 13 players usually attend and there is no registration necessary. New to the game? Get started at our character creation station! Want to join a new campaign? Form a group and set out on a quest! Want to meet other players? Grab a seat at the Book End Inn\, have a snack\, and regale us with tales of your adventures! All ages grades 2 and up are welcome to join us for a family-friendly evening of adventures! New players can learn how to get started\, meet other beginners\, and form a quest group. Established players can continue campaigns with their existing groups\, or meet new players and start new adventures. We will have everything you need to get started\, as well as some snacks and drinks to keep you going.
